Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of StudioGro, including the StudioGro website, Discord bot, Stripe-powered checkout flows, and related services. By inviting StudioGro to a Discord server or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. About StudioGro

StudioGro helps Discord server owners sell access to paid channels, accept tips, and manage subscriber roles. StudioGro uses Discord for server access and Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing, and payouts.

2. Accounts and Authority

You must have authority to manage the Discord server where StudioGro is installed. You are responsible for the server settings, channel permissions, subscription prices, content offered to subscribers, and any statements made to members about paid access.

3. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Paid subscriptions and tips are processed by Stripe. StudioGro may retain a platform fee from payments before the remaining amount is routed to the connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe fees, Stripe Connect rules, and any applicable taxes or deductions. Payout availability depends on Stripe's onboarding, compliance, risk, and payout processes.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscribers can manage active subscriptions through Stripe billing tools made available by StudioGro. Unless required by law or agreed by the server owner, subscription payments and tips are generally not refundable once access or the paid benefit has been provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Server Content and Conduct

StudioGro does not create, review, endorse, or control content posted inside Discord servers. Server owners are responsible for ensuring their content, offers, pricing, member communications, and community conduct comply with applicable laws, Discord policies, Stripe policies, and these terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use StudioGro for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or prohibited activity. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with StudioGro's systems, misuse Stripe or Discord, or sell access to content or services you are not allowed to provide.

7. Availability and Changes

StudioGro is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change over time, including commands, payment flows, platform fees, supported currencies, and integration behaviour. We may suspend or remove access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, manage risk, or respond to platform requirements from Discord or Stripe.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioGro is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, loss of data, Discord outages, Stripe issues, server misconfiguration, or content supplied by server owners. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the StudioGro Privacy Statement. By using StudioGro, you acknowledge that Discord and Stripe also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
