Use live pricing, not old screenshots.

monday lists CRM pricing by plan, seat count and billing cycle. At the time checked, annual pricing shown for monday CRM included Basic from US$12 per seat per month, Standard from US$17 per seat per month and Pro from US$28 per seat per month. Confirm the live numbers before buying because pricing, promotions and inclusions can change.

Basic is for organising CRM data.

Basic can make sense when the job is mainly keeping leads, contacts and deals in one place. Watch plan limits closely: if the team needs more dashboards, communication history, automations or deeper workflow control, the cheapest tier may not be the real answer.

03

Standard is often the first serious comparison tier.

Standard is where many teams start looking because communication, activity management, automations and integrations become more relevant. For a growing team, those features can be the difference between a CRM that gets updated and a CRM that becomes another database.

04

Pro is for scale, visibility and advanced workflow needs.

Pro is worth investigating when reporting, permissions, more advanced workflow design or AI-assisted sales work justify the extra spend. Do not buy Pro because it looks more complete; buy it because the additional capability replaces real manual work.

05

Seat planning matters.

monday support documentation notes that pricing uses seat groups and starts from a minimum seat count. A four-person active team may not price the same way as four individual per-seat purchases in your head. Model the actual team size, billing cycle and active users before comparing total cost.

Australian buyers should check currency and tax.

Provider pricing may be displayed in USD or adjusted by checkout region, billing term and promotion. Before approving the CRM internally, confirm currency, GST or tax treatment, payment cycle, cancellation terms and whether implementation help is needed.

The cheapest tier is not always the lowest-cost decision.

If Basic leaves the team doing manual follow-up, duplicate data entry or spreadsheet reporting, Standard or Pro may be more sensible. But if a simple contact-and-deal process is enough, do not pay for workflow depth you will not use.
